How much does an appraisal cost?
I am happy to answer questions related to your instrument: origin, materials, age, authenticity, value etc.
It is of course always best if I can examine an instrument in person. Especially for the preparation of an expert opinion I should, if possible, have access to the guitar for a few days. When you hold an instrument in your hands, you often notice subtleties that are difficult or impossible to spot in photos.
If that is not possible, photos are also sufficient. With current smartphones, very insightful pictures can be taken, if the basic instructions mentioned above are followed.
